These terms govern your use of Wiser Page (the "Service"), operated by Elad Mahlev trading as Wise Rank, an Israeli sole proprietor ("Wise Rank", "we"). By connecting a Google Business Profile through the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service does
Wiser Page lets a business that uses the Wiser Page website and CRM platform link its own Google Business Profile, so the business can sync its website with its profile, view and reply to reviews, reuse its photos, publish posts and see performance metrics. The Service is offered only to Wise Rank clients and their authorized users.
2. Your authority
You may connect only Business Profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. You confirm you have the authority to grant access on behalf of the business, and that the business agrees to these terms.
3. Your content and approvals
You are responsible for the replies, posts and business-information changes you publish through the Service, including any AI-suggested text you approve. Nothing is published to Google without your action. You must follow Google's Business Profile policies and applicable law.
4. Google data and privacy
Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. We use Google user data only to provide the Service's features to your business, and in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Disconnecting
You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting stops our access. Stored Google data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and third parties
The Service depends on Google's APIs, which Google may change, limit or discontinue. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we aren't responsible for Google's actions, such as review moderation, profile suspensions or quota limits.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to post spam, fake reviews or misleading content, to access profiles you aren't authorized for, or to interfere with the Service or Google's systems. We may suspend access for misuse.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Wise Rank's total liability relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid Wise Rank for the platform in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and notify connected users of material changes. Either party may stop using the Service at any time. Your service agreement with Wise Rank continues to govern the rest of the platform.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.
